The only British triathlete to have won 9 National Elite British Championships covering every triathlon distance and duathlon. UK victories have included the London Triathlon, Ironman UK 70.3 and Windsor. In the US he has finished top 5 in Chicago, St Anthony’s and St Croix. He has a personal best World Ranking of 9th. Was part of the British Team of the Sydney Olympic Games and the Manchester Commonwealth Games Squad.
Having had a 2 year break Richard is now back in training and will race again in 2009 at the highest level. |

Catriona is one of the UK’s most successful endurance
athletes. She has won 9 World Championships medals
over the past three years in the sports of both triathlon
and duathlon and has represented Scotland in the past
two Commonwealth Games triathlons. Catriona is a consistent
podium finisher on the World Ironman 70.3 circuit
and has been a top ten performer at the World 70.3
Championships on two occasions (2007 and 2008). In

challenge of competing over the Ironman distance focussing
her season on the World Ironman Triathlon Championships
in Kona.
